Lauren Hale-Rieckhoff is a Strategic Advisor and feature/documentary film producer who began her career in entertainment as a Casting Associate for HBO’s Sex & the City (2000–2002). Following HBO, she joined Creative Artists Agency (CAA) as an Agent in the Endorsements & Branding departments (2002–2016). As the key representative for clients across music, film, TV, and sports, Lauren spearheaded over $200 million in global dealmaking for Hollywood icons and C-suite executives including Ron Howard, Hilary Swank, Jamie Foxx, Eva Longoria, John Legend, Dwyane Wade, and Sarah Jessica Parker. In addition to executing countless brand and talent partnerships, she championed visionary thought leaders and disruptive founders, recognizing their potential to craft joint ventures and monetize brand opportunities worldwide.
In 2017, Lauren co-founded wilyfoXX, a boutique strategic advisory and multi-disciplinary agency that developed indispensable strategies for the people, brands, and institutions changing the world. With a book of business over $10M, clients ranged from tech giants and private equity firms to iconic apparel brands, world-renowned fashion designers, and global philanthropic organizations.

Today, Lauren is the Founder & CEO of Andiamo, which houses two complementary divisions:
Andiamo Pictures, an independent film company producing feature and documentary projects. Its first release will be the narrative feature, The Florist, starring Carla Gugino as Vivien Leigh, alongside upcoming projects including the British satire Savage House starring Claire Foy (Paramount, 2025) and the forthcoming documentary on global burlesque sensation Dita Von Teese (Vinyl Foote, 2025). Lauren’s approach to producing is grounded in applying the principles of traditional talent representation to today’s evolving film financing and distribution landscape.
Andiamo Collective, a strategic consultancy advising C-suite leaders on philanthropic strategies and cutting-edge market positioning. The Collective also provides direct talent representation for select athletes, actors, and other high-profile personalities, leveraging Lauren’s two decades of experience negotiating global partnerships and building brand equity for public figures.
A native New Yorker, Lauren actively supports nonprofits March Fourth, Iraq & Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA), Save the Children, and Steady Buckets. She lives in Lower Manhattan with her husband and two sons.
